August 14, 2009 - A big THANK YOU to everyone that participated in our "Best Screenshot" Contest. We had some great entries and a lot of laughs. Unfortunately, we were looking for 250 contest entries to level the playing field, but we only had about 100, so we won't be giving out a figureprint, but we will be rewarding the contest winner $50 dollars. Drum roll please .... CONGRATULATIONS to Geridyna.Sen'jin.US for her entry "more followers". It was pretty easy for us to come to the conclusion that this screenshot should be the contest winner, but we'd like to mention that the runner up was Dantec.Cairne.US with "updating my wowtwitter". During the month of July, as we introduce our new screenshots feature, we will be holding a contest for “BEST SCREENSHOT.” The contest will run until July 31, 2009 and the character who submits the winning screenshot will win a figure print (www.figureprints.com) of their character (Estimated value $129.95)*.
Contest Rules:-
The submitted screenshot must have “wowtwitter” in the screenshot and must be taken from WITHIN the
game of World of Warcraft (This is not limited to the character saying “wowtwitter”, but the image
CANNOT be photo-shopped to include “wowtwitter” … use your imagination :)

- The screenshot must be an original in-game image from WoW with a verified wowtwitter.com character represented.
- Screenshot must be submitted via wowtwitter.com’s screenshot uploading system.
- The top 3 eligible screenshots will be determined from the amount of “like” votes from wowtwitter.com users (only verified characters have the ability to vote).
- Out of the top 3 eligible screenshots, the final winning screenshot will be determined by the wowtwitter.com staff (wowtwitter.com employees are not eligible to enter or win any contests).
* Multiple entrie are allowed
